A new retro label look for the Market White and other Sperling wines has appeared, as much as I am aware, for the 2015 vintage.
A mash or sour cherry and bruised raspberries, balsamic and vanilla notes with classic forest floor, botanicals and undertones of soy sauce. The palate mimics the nose here, a hint of iodine and soupy tart fruit flavours. It's made in a rustic low-interventionist approach and is unfiltered.
